
Sean – Exercise Scientist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer
After graduating with highest honors in Exercise Science in 2017, Sean earned his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He spent several years refining his expertise as a personal trainer, and his career took an exciting turn when he began working with the Canadian Armed Forces as a civilian, preparing military members for special forces and overseeing group-based fitness testing and programs.
With a passion for evidence-based research, Sean combines his extensive real-world experience training both civilians and elite military personnel with scientific knowledge to create personalized training programs that deliver results. His unique background allows him to understand and adapt to each client's specific needs, whether they're looking to build muscle, improve strength, or enhance overall fitness. Sean's approach is rooted in both scientific principles and practical experience, ensuring his clients achieve their goals effectively and safely.
